1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hoztr's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Hoztr is a platform that connects guests with verified homestay properties. We facilitate bookings and provide support, but we are not the actual accommodation provider.

  • • We curate and verify properties across Delhi, Maharashtra, and Goa
  • • We facilitate communication between guests and hosts
  • • We provide customer support and booking assistance
  • • We process payments on behalf of hosts

3. User Responsibilities

Guest responsibilities

  • • Provide accurate information when making bookings
  • • Respect property rules and house guidelines
  • • Treat properties and hosts with respect
  • • Report any issues immediately to Hoztr support
  • • Pay all applicable fees and charges

Host responsibilities

  • • Maintain accurate property listings
  • • Provide clean, safe, and functional accommodations
  • • Respond to inquiries within 2 hours during business hours
  • • Honor confirmed bookings
  • • Follow all applicable laws and regulations

4. Booking and Payment

Booking process

  • • All bookings are subject to host approval
  • • We will confirm availability before processing payment
  • • Booking confirmations will be sent via WhatsApp
  • • Changes to bookings may incur additional fees

Payment terms

  • • Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
  • • We accept various payment methods through secure processors
  • • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • • Additional fees may apply for services or damages

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies

  • 24+ hours before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% refund minus processing fees
  • No-show: No refund
  • Host cancellation: Full refund plus compensation

Note: Some properties may have different cancellation policies. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hoztr acts as an intermediary between guests and hosts. We are not responsible for:

  • • Property conditions or host actions
  • • Personal injuries or property damage
  • • Travel delays or cancellations
  • • Third-party services or products
  • • Force majeure events

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • • Use the service for illegal activities
  • • Provide false or misleading information
  • • Harass or threaten other users
  • • Damage or misuse properties
  • • Circumvent our booking system
  • • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a complaint:
