Please follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable event
Decorations
- •No decorations may be stuck to walls, ceilings, or any permanent fixtures
- •Use removable hooks, tape, or other non-damaging methods only
- •All decorations must be removed before check-out
- •Any damage to property will result in additional charges
Waste handling
- •All event waste must be properly disposed of in designated areas
- •Separate recyclable and non-recyclable waste
- •Large quantities of waste may require additional disposal fees
- •Coordinate with host for waste collection schedules
Outside caterers
- •Outside caterers require explicit host approval before the event
- •Provide caterer details, menu, and setup requirements in advance
- •Caterers must follow all property rules and safety guidelines
- •Additional cleaning fees may apply for catering services

Frequently asked questions
Can I use candles or open flames?
Open flames are generally not allowed for safety reasons. Battery-operated candles and LED lights are preferred alternatives.
What if I need to make changes to my event?
Contact your host and Hoztr support immediately. Changes may require additional approval and fees.
Are there noise restrictions?
Yes, most properties have noise restrictions, especially after 10 PM. Check with your host for specific guidelines.
What happens if there's property damage?
Any damage will be assessed and charged accordingly. We recommend event insurance for large gatherings.
Can I have live music or DJ?
This depends on the property and local regulations. Discuss with your host and get approval in advance.
